Return Policy

Easy 3-Step Return Process

If you decide to return your jewelry, we offer a hassle-free process with a refund in the form of a coupon code equivalent to the product value. The steps are as follows:

Inform : Email us at support@naitria.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include the product name and images for approval. Once approved, you may proceed with the return.

Return : The customer needs to ship the product back within 5 days of approval. Ensure the product is in original, unused condition with price tags intact and in its original packaging, else returns will not be accepted. Customers must bear the return shipping cost and provide tracking details. Use a reliable courier service to prevent loss or damage during transit.

Refund : Once we receive your package, we will confirm its receipt within 24-48 hours. A quality check will be conducted. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued within 3 working days

Refund Mode & Terms

Refunds will be issued as a coupon code only is valid for 1 year and only one time use. No bank transfers or direct refunds will be provided. The coupon code cannot be reissued once expired or used.

Deductions & Charges

₹250 will be deducted for the forward & return shipping cost if a prepaid order is not accepted. Orders placed with a refund coupon code that are later returned will only be eligible for a maximum of 2 refund codes tracing back to the original order. If shipping charges were waived off during purchase, ₹125 will be deducted while processing the refund. COD orders must be accepted; refusal will result in a ₹250 deduction. If the token amount exceeds ₹250, the remaining balance will be refunded via a coupon code.

Eligibility for Returns

Naitria accessories, are eligible for return in exchange for a coupon code. Damaged, used, or incomplete products (missing original packaging and price tags) are not eligible for a refund. Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery and received within 5 days at our warehouse with necessary communication mentioned in return policy. Refunds in the form of coupon code are not granted for dissatisfaction with quality expectations, as we ensure the quality checks of our products.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. For COD orders, we confirm COD orders before shipping. For Prepaid orders, if canceled before shipping will receive a refund coupon code with a 5% deduction for payment gateway charges. Orders are processed within 2 hours of placement; please contact us quickly in case of cancellation.

Damaged Product Policy

Inform us within 48 hours by emailing support@naitria.com with unboxing videos or images showing the issue. We will review your request within 48 hours and provide further instructions.

Replacement & Refund

Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup within 24 hours. Ensure the product is packed properly for pickup. Failure to hand over the package may cancel the return request, and you will need to bear the shipping costs. Upon receiving the returned product, we will either ship a replacement as per exact product availability or issue a refund coupon code valid for 1 year. No direct money refunds will be processed in case of damage claims; only replacements or coupon codes will be provided.

Refund Processing Time

Refund coupon codes will be issued within 3 working days after receiving the return. Orders placed using a refund coupon code cannot apply additional discount codes. A single order can only have one refund coupon applied at checkout.

Exchange

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order for any exchange requests. We follow the same mentioned return process for an exchange. You can place a fresh order for the other product you want to place with us!
